How to manage with garden cleaning and maintenance

The garden includes all the green areas of the property. The yards, the olive garden, the area around the pool, the area in front of the main house, the area around the pagoda, the trees lines, the veggie garden, the farm bot, the Bio-lake, the pond, the green area of the parking site. The yard needs weekly cleaning (wiping and herbs cleaning from the tiles). This activity lasts at least 2 hours. The grass needs to be cut at least once every two weeks using the lawn mower with his bag. The waste from the cutting must be positioned in the veggie garden under the olives or in the area around the pool. Woodchipping is needed in some periods but this you will check with the garden team and the garden coordinator. In some periods other major support is needed like checking and pruning trees, planting new trees, cleaning and managing specific areas of the garden to host new plants, or securing the slopes. Cylinders for landscaping also will be needed and wood maintenance is also necessary.

The nursery is a work-in-progress project so the building and nursery maintenance are also very important tasks connected with garden maintenance.

At the beginning of the lunation, you can choose to be in the garden team and coordinate the activities for all the lunation duration. You can help with tasks and proposals developing new routines sharing knowledge, and giving advice out of experience or knowledge.
