2. Store Equipment:

Windy Conditions

• Tie down hammocks to prevent them from flapping or blowing away.

• Close or secure any open containers or storage units that might be affected by the wind.

Exercise Area Guidelines

1. Using Exercise Equipment:

• Use the workout bar and other sports items responsibly and ensure they are returned to their designated storage areas after use.

• Wipe down equipment after use if needed, especially during warm weather or after intensive workouts.

Weekly Deep Clean

• Schedule a deeper cleaning session once a week, where:

• All equipment and furniture are thoroughly cleaned.

• The floor is mopped, and any cobwebs or accumulated dirt are removed.

• Supplies like water bottles and glasses are restocked or replaced as necessary.

Community Involvement

1. Rotation System:

• Assign weekly responsibilities for maintaining the Pagoda to different community members or teams to distribute the workload.

2. Feedback and Improvement:

• Hold brief check-ins during the morning circle to gather feedback on the Pagoda’s state and address any recurring issues.

Why This Matters

By keeping the Pagoda clean and organized, we:

• Respect the shared nature of the space.

• Ensure a positive and harmonious environment for all activities.

• Prolong the life of the materials and equipment used.

Let’s work together to maintain the Pagoda as a beautiful and functional space for everyone!.
